These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all marketing, technical, and brand materials provided by SiYi American Hardware ("SiYi," "we," or "our"), whether in digital or physical form. These materials are intended solely for authorized business partners, distributors, and customers for the purpose of supporting the promotion, sale, and proper representation of SiYi products.

All materials provided by SiYi—including images, videos, logos, CAD/CAM data, diagrams, drawings, written content, and product information—are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of SiYi or its licensors. By using these materials, you acknowledge that you are granted a limited right to use them under the conditions outlined here, but that no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You are permitted to use the materials in connection with your business activities related to SiYi, such as creating marketing content, preparing promotional materials, and training staff or customers. All usage must be professional, brand-appropriate, and must reflect SiYi products accurately and responsibly. This permission to use SiYi materials is granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license. It is provided free of charge and is valid only within the country where your business is registered or primarily operates. SiYi may revoke this license at any time, either partially or entirely, with or without prior notice.

You are not permitted to pass the materials to third parties unless they are directly involved in your authorized marketing of SiYi products, and only under the condition that they do not alter the content in any way. Use of the materials on third-party platforms, such as marketplaces not directly operated by you, is not allowed. Furthermore, the materials must not be used alongside products from competitors, nor should they appear in any content that could be considered offensive, misleading, unethical, religious, political, or illegal. Any usage that implies a formal corporate relationship with SiYi beyond your actual status as a customer or partner is also strictly prohibited.

All SiYi brand elements—including logos, slogans, and trademarks—must be used in accordance with our brand guidelines. You may not create the impression that you own or represent the SiYi brand beyond what is explicitly allowed under this agreement. Any deviation from these conditions must be approved in writing by SiYi on a case-by-case basis.

SiYi provides all materials “as is,” without guarantees regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose. We do not accept responsibility for any errors, outdated information, or local legal compliance issues that may arise from your use of the content. You agree to indemnify and hold SiYi, along with its affiliated companies and representatives, harmless from any legal claims, costs, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the materials.

By accessing or using any materials provided by SiYi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in full, and that you are acting as a legally authorized representative of your organization.

Declaration of Consent

SiYi American Hardware operates and manages digital services, including the website www.siyiamerica.com, where personal data may be collected through contact forms, file uploads, or usage of our online tools and services.

By completing and submitting our contact form or interacting with our digital platforms, you consent to the collection and processing of the following categories of personal data:

  • First and last name

  • Company name, industry, job title or function

  • Address details (street, ZIP code, city, country)

  • Email address and website URL

  • Phone numbers (mobile and/or landline), fax number

  • Usage data related to our online services or portals

  • Any files you upload, including their contents

These data are processed for the purpose of improving our services, customizing user experiences, and conducting marketing and customer support activities related to our product offerings and digital services. Return Policy

At SiYi American Hardware, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at any time, under any circumstances. There are no time limits, and no justification is required. We accept returns regardless of the condition of the product or the reason for the return. 

Upon receiving the returned item, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund to your original method of payment

  • A replacement of the same or comparable product

  • A store credit for use on future purchases

Refunds and replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

While we accept returns without limitation, we kindly ask that items be returned in secure packaging, particularly if sent by mail. If parts are missing or the product is damaged, we will still honor the return, but we ask that you inform us so we can continuously improve our processes.

SiYi reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of clear misuse of this policy, including fraudulent or abusive return activity. However, we will always approach such situations with fairness and respect for our customers.
